The Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program (AALP) is the flagship program of The Centre for Rural Leadership.  Additional leadership programs are developed and offered by The Centre for Rural Leadership as opportunities arise and needs are identified.  With The Centre for Rural Leadership’s mission to develop and support current and emerging leaders through a continuum of programs and resources to strengthen and diversify rural communities and the bio-resource sector, it will work towards its vision of Dynamic leaders for today and tomorrow.  This will be achieved by a comination of providing educational programs and partnering with others in the leadership sector in order to offer something for everyone, be they youth, adults, business or organizations.
